1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, "gd999", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the gd999 platform and its associated services. "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the gd999 platform in any capacity. "Platform" means the website at gd999.club and all services accessible through it, including but not limited to games, betting, payment processing, account management, and customer support. "Account" means the individual registered account created by a player on the gd999 platform.

"Balance" means the total value of funds held in a player's account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on gd999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on gd999. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts, gd999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances therein, and permanently ban the player from the platform. Players who suspect a duplicate account has been created in their name must contact support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

gd999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. gd999 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply transaction fees as per their own terms. Players are responsible for verifying that their chosen payment method is functioning and authorised for online transactions before initiating a deposit.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. gd999 does not permit withdrawals to a different payment method or to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within the same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after 20:00 BST will be processed the following business day.
• gd999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Verification requests must be satisfied within 72 hours; failure to do so may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

gd999 is not liable for delays caused by payment provider processing times, network outages, or force majeure events beyond our control. If a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, players should contact support via live chat before assuming an error has occurred.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

gd999 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other time-limited offers at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the applicable bonus period.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited; any unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of this period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited in connection with any bonus or promotional offer on gd999:

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, coordinating with other players to arbitrage bonus offers, or placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts.
• Using bonus funds to place bets that are designed primarily to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, such as low-edge wagers that fall outside the spirit of the promotion.
• Claiming a bonus you are not eligible for, including claiming a new player bonus after having previously held an account on the platform under a different identity.

5. Account Security and Responsibilities

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. gd999 will never ask a player for their password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you receive a communication purporting to be from gd999 requesting your password or payment details, do not respond and report it to support immediately.

Players must not access gd999 through anonymous proxy services, VPNs, or any other technology designed to disguise their true geographic location. gd999 reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be using location-masking technology and to forfeit any balances held therein.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use gd999 solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all balances:

6.1 Fraud and Collusion

Any attempt to defraud gd999 or other players through collusion, chip dumping, software manipulation, use of automated betting tools, or any other fraudulent technique is strictly prohibited. gd999 employs active monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and unusual account activity. Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent conduct will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited. gd999 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of significant fraud.

6.2 Money Laundering

gd999 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players must not use gd999 to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any transaction that is designed to conceal the origin of funds. gd999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law. Accounts where money laundering is suspected will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.

• Use of the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent on behalf of others, receiving funds from third parties for gaming purposes, or redistributing winnings to third parties.
• Accessing the platform using any automated software, bot, script, or other non-human means. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder in real time.
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the platform, including denial-of-service attacks, uploading malicious code, or attempting to access backend systems or other players' accounts without authorisation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the gd999 platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, and the overall interface design, is the proprietary property of gd999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the gd999 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of gd999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gd999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, mirror, frame, or otherwise reproduce the platform or any part of it. Any unauthorised use of gd999's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd999 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Interruptions or errors in platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, in contravention of these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses incurred as a result of gameplay outcomes. All games on gd999 involve inherent risk; you acknowledge that losses are a natural and expected outcome of gaming and that gd999 is not responsible for any losses sustained during normal gameplay.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude gd999's liability for death or personal injury caused by gd999's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Termination and Suspension

gd999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or abuse; failure to complete identity verification; or extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months). Where an account is closed for breach, all bonus balances will be forfeited. Deposited funds (net of any fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gd999 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Players who have activated self-exclusion may not re-open their account before the elected exclusion period has expired.

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Governing Law and Disputes

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
